Membership Committee

Members: Jane Byers (member spotlight), Marlene Connelly (Community Outreach), Tasmin Kirkbride (renewals), Julie Stout (guests), Secret Sister (birthday, support and milestone follow up)

Purpose: (from the Bylaws): It shall Be the duty of the membership Committee to promote, expand, stabilize and orient the membership. Members work on specific things geared towards our current members and outreach programs to recruit new individuals. Projects for this year include organizing the Chamber of Commerce Networking events, Member Spotlight at each meeting, sending "secret sister" birthday cards to members, planning two New Member Mixer parties each year, preparing new member informational packets, organizing and a call list for lapsed members and call list for upcoming membership renewals. We welcome any new ideas to keep this local organization with the highest member renewals while encouraging a healthy, on-going new membership.

Meetings: Committee business is conducted electronically with occasional meetings to brainstorm, distribute materials and discuss committee business.
