What do I wear?

Get in the true spirit of Monte Carlo with a fun cocktail dress, elegant suit or go all the way across the pond with the James Bond white dinner jacket.

Where does the money go?

At BPW we focus on leadership, education and community involvement for all women and our primary philanthropies are our educational and scholarship funds. Through our scholarship funds we provide scholarships to graduating seniors and women continuing with their education. The students apply through the Pinellas Education Foundation via the Connie Passmore Scholarship and attend schools of their choice. Scholarships often go to women who are returning to the workforce and need financial assistance to procure the necessary education as well as returning armed forces women who are getting back into the public sector and need further educational financial support.

The funds we raise also help us contribute to housing on college campuses for deserving young women. Additionally, we sponsor candidates for Leadership St. Pete, a professional development program available from the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. BPW /St. Petersburg-Pinellas also conducts our own Stepping Stones to Personal and Professional Success, a leadership and management skills workshop using curriculum developed by our national organization BPW/USA.
